I create all my technical communication products using a simple project methodology covering a four-phase process supported by basic project control tools for you to use, such as timesheet monitoring and downloads, documentation review and implementation downloads and an issue ticketing tool.
The project control options I offer are:
Project Support - I record all work done on a project in an online PM system. A timesheet of work concluded during the previous week reflecting activity, date and hours worked are available for you to view.
Project Timesheet - There may be times both during a review or post-project when you want to report an error or another issue to me, you can create a ticket in the PM system to do so.
Project Downloads - When the documentation requires review or delivery, it will be published to the download section where you, the client, can select and download at will.
